Habitat For Humanity Modern Passive House

Stonorov Workshop did pro-bono schematic and design development work for the East Montpelier Habitat House. Stonorov teamed with Norwich University Architecture students to develop the construction drawing set. The house was built by the community in conjunction with local contractors and Habitat for Humanity. The house was built to Passive House standards and is a high performing, energy efficient and sustainable house.
