Vermont Pond Retreat

The Pond Retreat is a new family retreat to be built on a multi-acre, undeveloped parcel of land. The project centers on a gracious, family oriented and nook-filled, living space.   Full ADA accessibility is provided throughout.  Sleeping areas will have room for 8-10 people. The feeling and layout is open, with clear and easy circulation. 

The design is simple and pared down with a formal relationship to Vermont’s vernacular barns.  Large windows provide abundant natural light and visual connection to an existing pond, as well as the landscape and sunsets beyond.
